Nola Lum and Lucy Lin are high school students in the Bay Area. They are passionate about social advocacy and created SPOCB as a remedy to racial injustices in the Bay Area. They fight for the preservation of POC-owned businesses that have been negatively impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic.
